Returns Policy:

Cellos: All cellos are sold with a 10 day trial period. When you receive your cello, please open it immediately, inspect it for damage, and set it up.  Weguarantee the workmanship of the cellos that we sell, whether they are new or used. Any used cello flaws that we are aware of will be disclosed on the website. All components, such as pegs, tail pieces, bridges, etc. should be sound and in good working order when you receive your cello. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cello before the end of the 10 day trial period, please contact customer service immediately to discuss a return and/or replacement.

Bows: Our bows are covered under their manufacturers warranties.

Cases: Oor cases are covered under their manufacturers warranties.
