The K-3 is carbon fiber not a Hybrid. It weighs in at around 7.5 to 8 lbs depending on if you get wheels or not. Comes with or without wheels. A full Carbon fiber cello case with more room inside for larger cellos and tight waterproof seal.

The K-1 weighs in at around 8.5 lbs with wheels and 8 lbs without wheels, some online shops advertise it as 7.5 lbs, it's light, but it isn't that light. The new K-3 is the one that is 7.3 lbs
