Very big voice more focused and louder than the other X7. Would be good for solo and orchestral playing. The back, ribs and scroll of this particular instrument are made from flamed Ash not Maple. The structural portion of the neck is highly flamed maple with the beautiful Ash scroll grafted onto it. The tone is very direct, warm and super focused. Exceptional projection, sincere cello with an open clear voice and a very unequivocal nature.
