4/4 Cello from the workshop of Calin Wultur in Reghin, Romania.

This model is made from aged Carpathian maple and spruce. Each model Calin Wultur cello is carefully graduated for tone. The workshop's new addition of Polish master Luthier B. Koscielny has added further expertise to the Wultur shop and is bringing the quality of Calin Wultur instruments to new heights. Looks and plays like a much more expensive cello. The Level 1 is essentially the same cello as the more expensive level II only the woods selected are not as select. This cello has a large single bearclaw figure on its front at the c-bout region which may be the reason for the price difference.  I think it gives it some character.
