Fully carved from solid woods throughout. Exquisite maple burl back with matching ribs and neck. All of the fittings are real ebony wood and the fingerboard is planed straight and true. A very nice sounding 3/4 with good resonance and projection. This particular 3/4 cello has a nice, big, warm tone and is easy to play making it suitible for just about any level student. Of course it will continue to improve with play time. I have set it up with a set of Evah Pirazzi strings and an alloy tailpiece with built-in fine tuners and boxwood pegs. The cello you see is the actuall cello you would recieve. It is shop adjusted and ready to go.
