This is an exceptionally nice used 3/4 size cello. It is on consignment as young player has grown into a 4/4 cello. It has been well cared for and played regularly. It's tone is very warm, resonant and even. It is a very easy cello to play and it comes with a used Mango colored fiberglass hardcase w/ wheels and two nice bows. One Carbon fiber and one $420 Josef Martin octagonal, pernambuco bow. The 2004 receipt shows the outfit as $2640 with the cello appraised at $2,200 by Paul E. Stevens in PA

 It has been played for at least 3 years, but I believe possibly longer as the reciept the last owner had seems to refer to it as being used, so it's tone has had a chance to really open up but since it is relitively new it is still in great shape. This is a great choice for an advancing student who serious about their playing and wants a cello that will provide good tonal quality, response and volume through out it's range. This is also a great deal for the parent who wants a quality cello fo thier young talented cellist, but is on a budget, as this is well below value.
